Services

We provide heating, cooling, electrical, and related residential services as described on our website, serving Auburn and the greater Puget Sound region of Washington. Specific service terms, scope, pricing, and warranties are communicated at the time of service and in written estimates or service agreements, which control if there is any conflict with these Terms. Trust Allred operates under Washington contractor license ALLREHC899N3 and electrical license ALLREHC775LO.

Scheduling, Appointments & Cancellations

Appointment windows are estimates and may shift due to emergency calls, weather, or job conditions; we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of delays. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us as early as possible at 206-350-8704. Emergency service is available 24/7; emergency dispatch fees and after-hours rates, where applicable, are disclosed before work begins.

Permits & Inspections

Certain HVAC, electrical, and generator work requires permits and inspections under Washington state and local codes. Where a permit is required, it will be identified in your estimate or service agreement. You agree to provide reasonable access to the work area and to be present or reachable for any required inspection scheduling.

Financing & Membership Plans

Financing, where offered, is provided by third-party lenders subject to credit approval and the lender’s own terms; Trust Allred is not the lender and does not make credit decisions. Promotional offers (for example, monthly-payment installation offers) are subject to the specific conditions stated with each offer. Membership and maintenance plans renew and cancel according to the plan terms provided at enrollment.

Estimates, Pricing & Payment

Estimates are based on the information available at the time and may change if conditions, scope, or materials differ. Pricing, promotions, and membership-plan terms are subject to change and to the conditions stated with each offer. Payment is due as set out in your estimate or agreement. Card payments are processed by our PCI-compliant payment providers; we do not store full card numbers.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

If you opt in to text messages, you agree to receive SMS messages from Trust Allred at the number you provide (such as appointment confirmations, service updates, and offers). Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. Warranties & Disclaimers

Workmanship and equipment warranties, where offered, are stated in your written estimate or service agreement and are subject to their terms. Except as expressly provided, our website and any content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

User Conduct

You agree to use our website and services lawfully and in good faith. You will not misuse our systems, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with other users.

Intellectual Property

Reviews & Submissions
