HVAC Service Manager
Lead our HVAC service operations. Train technicians, drive performance metrics (revenue, callbacks, labor efficiency), and ensure every job meets code and customer-satisfaction standards. EPA required; 3+ yrs tech, 2+ yrs install, 2+ yrs leadership.
HVAC Lead Installer
Lead residential HVAC install projects within a 30–40 mile radius of Auburn. Furnace, AC, heat pump, ductless changeouts plus ductwork and commissioning. 3–5 yrs residential install experience, EPA required, NATE preferred.
Comfort Advisor (In-Home Sales)
Meet with homeowners to assess HVAC needs, present system options, and close. Company vehicle provided, proven sales process, strong install team to back you up. 100% commission + SPIFFs; top advisors earn $100k+.
Journeyman Plumber
Residential plumbing service, repair, and installs — water heaters, fixtures, repipes, drain systems. Company vehicle, M–F schedule with OT, paid time off, 401K. Valid WA Journeyman Plumber license required.
Customer Service Representative
Coordinate daily scheduling and dispatch, source OEM parts, manage memberships, and deliver clear communication from first call to job completion. 1–2 yrs CS/call center experience; ServiceTitan a plus.
