"We recently had a great experience with Allred when we needed to replace our furnace, which was about 20 years old and clearly past its prime. In the fall of last year their technician came out to inspect our system. His inspection of the furnace was thorough, and he was knowledgeable, and honest about of it. When it was time to replace the furnace, the salesperson was knowledgeable, easy to work with, and clearly explained our options.Their pricing also stood out as very competitive compared to other quotes we received. However, getting the appointment was ridiculously difficult, and had I been able to speak to a live person instead of a chat bot a lot of the issues we had would have been quickly resolved. The customer service on the phone was definitely lacking the day I called, and I hope they go back to putting a live person on the phone."

"TL;DR - I recommend Allred. I like Allred, they do good work. I have enjoyed working with all the technicians that have been out over the last 4-5 years. Not Allred’s fault, but everything is just getting so expensive. They have a membership plan that I need to look into but I am also not excited about ANOTHER subscription service to “save” money."
