I called on a Monday and spoke with Ken, who was excellent at answering my questions. He followed up as he mentioned and was able to get a technician out next day to fix our furnaces pressure switch. Our Tech (Cameron) was professional and did a thorough inspection and replaced the pressure switch. Thank you for the quick turn around - we are warm in our house again! Thank you!

Called for advice to light pilot light and then wondered if someone could drop by. Mimi was awesome in trying to squeeze me into their schedule at the last minute and in my available time frame. She did it. Tech arrived, and we agreed that I should schedule an appointment so he would have ample time to review and test. Matt arrived the following week, explained the problem and did an overall maintenance. This is a great company and very customer service oriented.

Prompt service and excellent technician. This is his second time here as I wanted someone to show me how to deal with a furnace months ago. We both agreed that I finally need to replace the 1984 model currently in my home. The sales rep was great and did not encourage me to purchase a unit with features I did not need. Since the air conditioner did not work when I purchased the home, we will be adding a unit for heating and cooling.
