Called for advice to light pilot light and then wondered if someone could drop by. Mimi was awesome in trying to squeeze me into their schedule at the last minute and in my available time frame. She did it. Tech arrived, and we agreed that I should schedule an appointment so he would have ample time to review and test. Prompt service and excellent technician. This is his second time here as I wanted someone to show me how to deal with a furnace months ago.
