We had a problem with our furnace where it would suddenly just go off. It would work for months, weeks, etc., but then stop all of a sudden. This happened again this last weekend. We can usually get it started, but this time nothing we could do worked. I called several companies to come out and Allred was the only one that could get to it fairly quickly. Who wants their heat pump a/c to go out on the hottest day of the summer during a pandemic? Yeah, we didn't either. But ERIC from Allred came out and did a detailed diagnostic (wore a mask, social distanced, "no contact" visa payment) and returned a few days later with the needed part to repair our system. They gave us an estimate first and when we approved they did the work of replacing our under the house furnace and repairing some of the connecting duct works. We hired Allred to inspect ductwork and replace a furnace and hot water tank. We ended up having them also run gas lines and installing a gas fireplace. They were always professional and respectful of the home and their prices were much less than we expected they would be. We are general contractors who purchase and rehab homes for a living. I had Allred Heating and Cooling put in a Mitsubishi Split Heat Pump in one of our buildings. It was a problem building for me, with the clients running heaters in the winter, and air conditioners in the summer, they were knocking out their computers with heavy power draws. The new heat pump draws way less current, and maintains much better temperature control. As other equipment requires replacement, Allred is my choice to handle the replacements.

Awesome quick and speedy service. We had the igniter replaced in our gas furnace. It was the dead of winter and no heat is an issue. They put us down on the list and in 2 hours it was fixed. Kinda pricy for the work that was done but sadly this is the same everywhere.

Rene Rodrigez was very punctual even early , and on a Sunday to fix problem with my central air conditioning. He quickly diagnosed problem and explained what needed to be done including break down of parts and labor. He completed the work in a efficient and very quick manor in less than an hour and upon completion had a few suggestions on how to get better quality out of my unit. We met with 4 HVAC companies before deciding on Allred to install our heat pump. They are outstanding in their customer service and craftmanship. I would highly recommend them. Things that made them stand out: They did not try to upsell us - the cheapest option they offered was good quality and fit our needs. We originally settled on a price for a 13 SEER heat pump. However, 13 SEER heat pumps were recently removed from the WA market. After realizing the mistake, they honored this price and upgraded us to a 14 SEER heat pump for free (a difference of around $1000). Excellent communication.

I had a sales call in 2 days of calling. Sean emailed me a bid for my mini-split the same day. He explained how it would work and where it would be best placed. I also had him look at my furnace and bid it too. I ordered the mini-split and took the Wells Fargo 0 down and 18 months to pay. I will have it paid in less than one year and will have them come to replace my furnace next year too. I also became a service member for quick service whenever needed. It's been a very good experience. The remote control doesn't align in temperature with the actual temperature. I have a service agent coming next week to adjust this.

( duh).. it's a garage furnace the previous owner stuck in the rafters.

These guys know what they're doing. They'll find the problem, and fix it. Tony serviced our upstairs gas fireplace insert and literally polished it to a shine. The glass couldn't have been cleaner, flames brighter. Zack serviced our downstairs gas fireplace insert and I think it runs better than when it was new. I won't use anybody else.

My HVAC system was installed a year ago (Oct. 2020) by Allred and I just had the first year service on my heater and will have the AC checked in early spring. The technician (Brandon) was great, he was here within the timeframe I was given and called to let me know he was on the way. He explained what he was doing as he checked everything. I had asked that my thermostat be replaced and he had brought 3 different options and explained the pros and cons of each. He replaced it with the one I chose. I also had an air scrubber installed to help with my allergies and the smoke from summer fires. I like this company and definitely recommend them.

The staff and repair tech were professional, polite, and prompt. I have a 20+ year old electric furnace, it started to fail. I feel confident that the repairs made will get me by until I replace it with a more energy efficient heat pump.

I have had my furnace for 7 years now and I’m pretty regular on its maintenance. I wasn’t too happy with the last two technicians that came to my house two years in a row which resulted in my searching the web for a new HVAC maintenance company, which is when I found Allred. I have worked with two technicians, Chris C. and Rene M., and I am super pleased with them both! Rene came out to perform my HVAC’s annual maintenance and he found issues that had been going on, for some time apparently, that all the other techs servicing my HVAC system had COMPLETELY overlooked or missed. Rene wasn’t pushy at all and was very pleasant to be around. Rene even convinced me to sign up for Allreds maintenance program! Which I am very grateful I did because mid December my furnace quit working! I called Allred about my furnace not working, technically it was working it was just blowing out cold air, and the company sent Chris out to investigate the issue since nothing was wrong with my furnace during its annual maintenance. Chris was super friendly, on time, and very tolerant of my four children. Within 30 minutes, Chris had my furnace back up and running. Apparently, a little tiny intake thing was clogged form debris and he cleared it within seconds. Not only that, but Chris taught me how to do it so I wouldn’t have to call them again in case this happened again! But, what’s even better, this was all covered in the warranty so I didn’t have to spend a dime on this tech visit! I won’t go to anyone else now. Allred is where everyone should go for all this HVAC/heating/cooling needs! THANKS ALLRED TEAM!!

I had 2 reputable companies charge me the diagnostic fee to establish what was wrong with my heat pump. The first company took longer running my credit card for payment than looking over the issue. The service technician Tony from Allred spent extensive time to thoroughly verify my compressor was in fact bad in my heat pump and go a step further to establish there was no reasonable way to yet out another season with a band aid fix before full replacement. Bummer for me but I fully trust their opinion.

After the horrendous 2020 summer of smoke, we vowed to have a heat pump installed in our 1960's house. Our experience with Allred Heating cooling electric has been great! We chose Allred Heating cooling electric after doing quite a bit of research. The company seems to be run properly as all the employees we interacted with were happy, punctual, and cared about the quality of their work, which was excellent. Their labor might be a little more than other companies, but the heating/cooling systems pricing is on par with others. The workers and assistants are friendly and informative. We called Allred Heating and Cooling because of the high rating we saw from so many customers. They certainly lived up to that rating! Sean Donnelly was our Sales Representative and he was simply AMAZING! He showed us all of the options available, but then he worked with us to figure out exactly what we needed and wanted and did not pressure us to buy something that didn't make sense. He followed up with us by phone and was just the best to work with. On our install day, the team was right on time and took immense care to make sure they were professional, respectful, and they kept us updated with everything they were doing and why. Tristan McDaniel was our technician and I cannot believe the AMAZING and custom job that he did to install our system. Tristan and his helper (sorry, I don't remember his name) were here all day making sure that the install was perfect and that we were happy with the results. The two electricians that came to assist were also fantastic and really worked with us to figure out the best way to hook up the electrical to our panel, and they placed the lines exactly where we asked. They also installed a new thermostat which was included, and Tristan showed us how to operate every function so that we are ready for winter and summer comfort in the future. We are SO excited to use our new system, and can't thank this team enough! 5 stars is not enough....I would give them 10!

New Year's Day, 2022, our 30-year-old gas furnace died. It was about 20 degrees outside, so the house got cold pretty quickly. Not only did Allred provide us with a reasonable price for a new heat pump and gas furnace combo, they had the equipment in stock, and had heat going in the house within 3 days. Amazon was able to get us a few space heaters to keep us going while we waited, and in every way, Allred exceeded our expectations. In the year since they installed our new Trane system, we've enjoyed quiet heat, quiet and effective cooling last summer, and an overall lower utility bill to boot. Standing next to our compressor outside, I can't hear it running over the neighbor's heat pump - I wouldn't even know ours was running except its blowing air over the coils. I'd highly recommend Allred - amazing service.

He helped me acquire my preferred equipment (Mitsubishi Hyper Heat) and helped me receive the rebates available through Seattle City Light. 10/10 for Jake. Brent Funk was the installation tech and he was fantastic as well. Him and his colleague (can’t remember his name) did quality work and had my home completed in 1.5 days. I also had another tech from Allred, Dave Breaux, come out to do some minor touchups after the city inspection. Again, great guy and he did a bang-up job. Overall, really impressed by everyone I interacted with. Quality service and quality work. I highly recommend.

All I can say is WOW!! This business is top notch, and I can't think of another recent experience with a business that has been this great! We called Allred Heating and Cooling because of the high rating we saw from so many customers. They certainly lived up to that rating! Sean Donnelly was our Sales Representative, and he was simply AMAZING! He showed us all the options available, but then he worked with us to figure out exactly what we needed and wanted and did not pressure us to buy something that didn't make sense. He followed up with us by phone and was just the best to work with. On our install day, the team was right on time and took immense care to make sure they were professional, respectful, and they kept us updated with everything they were doing and why. Tristan McDaniel was our technician and I cannot believe the AMAZING and custom job that he did to install our system. Tristan and his helper (sorry, I don't remember his name) were here all day making sure that the install was perfect and that we were happy with the results. The two electricians that came to assist were also fantastic and really worked with us to figure out the best way to hook up the electrical to our panel, and they placed the lines exactly where we asked. They also installed a new thermostat which was included, and Tristan showed us how to operate every function so that we are ready for winter and summer comfort in the future. We are SO excited to use our new system, and can't thank this team enough! 5 stars is not enough....I would give them 10!

Especially with the speed you got us a new furnace and AC when everything shut down the summer of 202l when my partner was very ill with Pulmonary Fibrosis, and it was one of Seattle's HOTTEST summers. I had a very good experience with Allred. We have trouble with our furnace not producing any warm air. Called them that night and they were able to send someone early morning the next day. Someone came in and figured out the problem, either fix it or change the whole unit. Since our furnace was very old, I decided to just change it and on that SAME DAY it was changed to a whole new unit. It was a very pleasant experience, professional, fast, and accurate.

Of course too early to say but hopefully will not have any issue in the near future *crossing fingers*

So far Christian, their representative has visited and explained in detail his suggestions. He answered all our questions, and we feel very comfortable in going ahead and ordering a new heat pump and furnace. Installation will be within the next 10 days as requested. I had a great experience with Allred. My furnace went out and would not stay on. I called Allred to fix it. Eric from Allred came out. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and informative. He immediately went through the thermostat and fixed settings that should never have been entered in the first place and told me what he was doing. Then he moved to the furnace and promptly diagnosed the issue and noted the proposed fix was covered in their typical maintenance service. He moved forward with the maintenance, and we were back up and running. I highly recommend Allred!

I’m very pleased with the service. They installed an additional condenser for my home, air conditioning system and added a coil to the air-conditioning. This was excellently done. It was a problem related to some installation and they were prompt to come out, assess and fix this.

When my mom, who is in her 80's, moved closer to me, it was important for me to have her on regular scheduled maintenance for different aspects of her new home. We signed up with Allred and have never looked back. Yesterday was her regularly scheduled maintenance and Rafael Echauri came out. He was communicative on his arrival time, took time to make sure everything was just as it should be, answered all our questions, courteous and patient. He even helped me out with an unrelated task because he's just a really good guy. We have had 4 different service representatives come out since we signed up and every one of them have been professional, patient, and communicative on what has been done. Their reports are detailed so we know exactly what's been done and what sort of things we need to be looking out for. I would highly recommend Allred Heating Cooling Electric!

Great price and great personal. The crew who installed the heat pump and all the ducts were professional and courteous. They were willing to make changes as we went along, they kept things neat and clean. The salesperson was also wonderful. I would recommend him to anyone, he listens and makes suggestions to accomplish your goal. The only minor drawback was they had to come back twice to make adjustments, I wasn’t getting heat when below 40 degrees, but they reacted fast to getting the needed adjustments.
